« This was our second stay here. We came back as it is the place to go if you go to San Juan Del Sur and want to relax and be away from the busy life of town AND there is a beach nearby. Has a Mama Mia vibe to it. Perhaps we were off season, but the food was not as good as our first visit. I kept being promised they would have the peanut butter chocolate bars “tomorrow”, but these delicious bars I enjoyed last time never materialized. I think next time we will try a different place. »

« Very nice place on the edge of town. Close enough to town to enjoy it, but far enough that’s it’s quiet when you want to get some rest. Owner cares a lot that you have a nice stay and goes out of there way to make sure you have what you need! Excellent bed! »

« The apartment is nice, though it does need some remodeling. Marianela, the host, was very hospitable—an excellent person. The one exception was Sunday, when the power and water went out—though that is beyond the host's control and is a city issue. However, the place is cozy; just be sure to arrive in an SUV or off-road vehicle, as you have to drive up steep trails that a standard car wouldn't be able to handle. »

« By far ,this VRBO spot is the best I've been to in my 25 years using this site. The host, whom i consider a great new friend.. has truly made these bungalows an ultimate spot when visiting Ometepe island. Every detail is attended to. »
