„Wir waren mit einer Gruppe Frauen 7 Tage dort. Die Betten sind hervorragend. Eine große Küche bietet Platz für alle. Das Wohnzimmer diente uns als Seminarraum. Der englische Charme war in jedem Raum präsent. Der Garten ist riesig groß und hervorragend gepflegt. Jeden Tag konnte man im Garten etwas neues entdecken. Leider haben wir zu wenig Zeit im Landhaus verbracht. David war ein hervorragender Gastgeber- jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr bemüht. Wir kommen wieder. Danke für die wunderbare Zeit. ...

„Check in was chaos due to staff shortages. Some people booking were waiting hours after check in time for their caravan to be available. Caravan beds were awful. Didn't sleep well during the stay at all. Caravan carpet and upholstery all needed a deep clean. Looked dirty for so early on in the season. Left a day early as had enough.“

A quiet location situated within a riding school, so perfect for those with an interest in horses but not affected by it being a working stable. „Herrliche Tage in GB. Wir kamen spät in der Nacht. Paul hat uns für den 1. Tag alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was man für ein Frühstück benötigt. Sehr gastfreundliche Menschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war exakt wie beschrieben. Tolle Lage und traumhafte Aussicht. Sehr empfehlenswert.“

If I was pushed to have a slight negative comment it would be that there were no instruction booklets for the kitchen appliances. “

The flat is well equipped, especially the kitchen, and we were very happy there was a large fan keeping us cool as it was a hot week! „We were celebrating my wife’s 70th birthday, and wanted comfortable and special accommodation for family members and friends. We also wanted to be able to enjoy a grand meal together for up to 14 of us. Compton House was perfect for us - a very unusual and lovely property. Our host was very responsive and very helpful in every way. Thank you so much Patricia, we really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful house.“
