« We were in Yeovil for a few days to visit the Fleet Air Arm Museum and Haynes Motor Museum. It had everything we needed for a self catering stay but was also close to shops and some restaurants. It was just like the photos and felt quite indulgent. I'd happily go back there. »

« A perfect place to stay in Cheddar! The view is beautiful, and farm eggs kindly offered by Paul and Juddy, delicious! The cottage is equiped with everything you need- including a stove and a microwave. The road to the farm looks a little steep at first, but I had no problem going up the hill with my regular, "economy" rental car. Paul and Judy gave me great tips to enjoy my quick halt in Bath. « Amazing house for a short weekend away with friends. We came for Easter weekend with a large group of 19 people. We ordered pizzas from the local pizza restaurant under David’s recommendation which made cooking easier and were great pizzas that arrived nice and hot. We did spot a mouse in one of the rooms however but as people who live in the rural countryside ourselves, it’s expected in these types of properties. « We have stayed at the cottage several times and we love it! The cottage is immaculate. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even a towel in the porch for muddy dog paws. The weather was mixed but we managed to go walking every day. Walked up to North Hill and saw some lovely Exmoor ponies and our dog loved playing on Dunster beach. We will definitely be back. »

« The Barn was even better then we expected. Bigger then it shows on the photos. We stayed with a family of five, we have three boys ages 11-18 and where able to all fit in. Really near Wells & Bath and great opportunities for walking hiking in the Mendip Hills. Especially the cheddar gorge is great and challenging! »

« We have a lovely stay at the end of August. The house is very comfortable and there was easily enough space for 8 of us and three dogs! The location is perfect for exploring the north Somerset coast and Exmoor, and having the hot tub to come home to each evening was an added bonus, and also the table tennis table, which we all enjoyed. « Very peaceful, quiet setting, just what we wanted. The cottage was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Both bedrooms were lovely. The owners responded to emails quickly and were very helpful with whatever we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here. »

« Si l'environnement immédiat n'a pas particulièrement de charme, la maison de Merv présente beaucoup d'avantages. Deux super-marchés à 5mn à pieds. Un parking gratuit devant la maison. Et surtout pour les touristes que nous sommes, un fantastique emplacement. Qu'on en juge : à moins d'une demi-heure, Stonehenge, Stourhead, Longleat , Montacute .... dans des paysages merveilleusement préservés. Le confort d'une maison où rien ne manque puisqu'il s'agit de l'habitation habituelle du propriétaire...

« Check in was chaos due to staff shortages. Some people booking were waiting hours after check in time for their caravan to be available. Caravan beds were awful. Didn't sleep well during the stay at all. Caravan carpet and upholstery all needed a deep clean. Looked dirty for so early on in the season. Left a day early as had enough. »
