« The apartment is in a busy but fun neighborhood with easy walking access to a grocery and dollar store and restaurants. It was also a 25 minute walk to the Forks to go out. It was great to have the small parking spot. The apartment was clean and modern with all necessary amenities. »

« Location was excellent & sunroom was lovely, however the place needs some TLC and a deep clean. Master bedroom bath is missing the towel bar. Upstairs main bath sink was very slow to drain. Hot tub was only lukewarm and therefore did not use. Several cupboards/cabinets don't close. Side tables in family room off kitchen are sticky. »

« We were in Winnipeg for a family event and chose this property because of the close proximity to The Forks and Exchange District.Great stay. Property was excellent. Very comfortable. Beds were amazing. Nice to have a couple of bathrooms! Very quiet area, easily accessible. Would definitely book again. Host is great. Very quick response. »

« This was by far my favourite stay on my trip. The listing accuracy was superb. Everything was very clean and tastefully modern with lots of appliances, including a toaster. There was coffee and tea available including their condiments and the table was nicely set up for dining. The bed was big and very comfortable. I also enjoyed using the TV, and the surround sound system. I highly recommend staying here. »
