« The hotel is beautiful , great amenities , food is good too. Some of the staff that help with the tables are very rude. You can order and wait very long and making faces when you ask for something. They also makes us moved tables so they can accommodate a bigger group all this while already waiting for the food we have order. And having enough space in other areas of the dinner area to do so. Is hard when you have a nice place and very angry and unhappy people making the paying guests very...

« The service was excellent, as well as amenities. We lost power during the first night, though we got it right back. Staff was friendly, breakfast service was excellent. The recreational activities were a nice touch, and we really enjoyed bingo night! Bar service was nice, and the pools were always clean. Will definitely go back! »

« The property is old and poorly maintained, and the price per room is excessively expensive for what it offers. They charged me additional taxes even though I shouldn't have to pay VAT because I'm not a resident. I'm very disappointed. »

« Everyone was nice, friendly, and courteous. »

« Brand new hotel, piscine tres bien et dejeuner tres bien aussi. Beaucouo d attention du petsonel »

« Fantastic location, poor service. IMPORTANT: The place is only accessible by boat! Not a problem if you know about it, but the listing does NOT specify it anywhere, and the property did NOT contact us ahead of our trip despite booking 16 days in advance. As a result, we went around in circles for 2 hours in our rental car, including a dead end at a private reserve, trying to find a road that doesn't exist. We called and messaged the hotel repeatedly but got no response. We eventually found...

« Staff great, near beach, breakfast good. No hot water in shower »

« The hotel is very nice and well located in the El Frances beach but not too far away from Tolu. Everything was impecable and the food was great. Sandy, Yulieth and Paula went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience ever. Kudos to all of them! I will always keep them in my heart. »
