« Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. »

« The communication at check-in was excellent. The house is on a secluded space set back from the road. It is quite small but fine for a single traveller or couple. « A spotless property which was really well equipped and very comfortable. The views are just stunning - could just sit and watch the bay all day. Owners were easily contactable and very helpful. Car parking space is a bit tricky if you’ve a larger vehicle but you can park outside at certain times. Highly recommend for easy walks into beautiful Mumbles centre. »

« It was a lovely property in a great location. The owner was really easy to communicate with and the beach and coastal walk were beautiful.There was some scaffolding at the property which the owner inform us of beforehand. This was not being used. There were some early works on a flat downstairs but we let the owner know and they let us know it would be handled.I would stay again »

"Probably this hÎtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk and for the breakfast we had a wonderful experience, the people where super friendly and helpful. We had a very nice price so it's a good value deal. Would recommend."

"Les chambres sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables et spacieuses. Les petits dĂ©jeuners sont excellents, cuisinĂ©s avec de trĂšs bons produits. Le point noir c'est la situation de l’hĂŽtel qui se trouve proche d'une autoroute urbaine ce qui mĂ©riterait des huisseries isolantes d'un point de vue phonique ce qui n'est pas le cas actuellement."
