« While we were glad to find a place to stay that would accommodate our family for a reasonable price, we were disappointed in the cleanliness and overall property management. The sewer backed up in the basement, spilling into the carpet of the bedroom where people were sleeping. We contacted the host who did respond in a timely way but said he’d look into it after we left. Other concerns include the 40 rusty nails and other hardware we picked out of the back yard, ants on the kitchen counter and...

« Only thing we can say positive is that the beds were comfortable and the water was hot. The minute we walked in we could tell the floor had not been cleaned. Holes in bathroom wall. Dirty floor in bathroom. Dirty/mildew on shower grout. Water marks all over the kitchen table. Unsafe stairs coming into the house.. irregular heights.Very drafty windows and thin cheap curtains on them. No extra blamkets. Some of the decorations were cute but is was like the saying "lipstick on a pig". We were in...

Comté de Tazewell : les hôtels les mieux notés

Chateau Hotel and Conference Center

Chateau Hotel and Conference Center

8/10 Bien
"Hôtel majestueux, belle présentation. Personnel serviable, souriant et disponible. Équipements complet, avec une belle piscine intérieure et un spa qui fonctionne. Petit déjeuner américain un peu en deçà de ce qu'un établissement de ce type devrait offrir : juste passable. En outre, un vieillissement de l'établissement se fait sentir "
