« The trip started nice with promises of 2 free tickets to the water park but because we booked with Expedia by the end of it we were denied and the last guy we spoke to on Sunday morning at the front desk was rude and told us we needed to be members before we could get the advantages then we tried to use the arcade cards the first lady gave us and it was only enough for the kids to play one game each and we didnt even get to enjoy the waterpark »

« Amazing cabin at an amazing price! It is huge and spacious, making it perfect for a larger family. The cabin has everything you need, including a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, and even an additional microwave and small refrigerator downstairs. The location is excellent—only about 15 minutes from the park entrance and downtown, where all the fun activities are. I highly recommend this cabin. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you for helping make our family...

« This was the perfect location for us. We didn’t use our car much at all—we used the trolley to get to Dollywood. And the Mill Cafe had excellent food—we ate there 2 of our 3 nights. We would definitely stay here again! »
