„Clean, odor-free. Comfortable, firm bed. Very little traffic noise. Room was small but adequate. Good value. Friendly reception. There are two diners in Richfield Springs, about 8 miles east; a surfeit restaurants in Cooperstown.“

„Quick and easy check-in. The house is walking distance to the lake and we got to see the prettiest sunsets. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and a comfortable living room. Charming with creaky floors and steps. Definitely eat at The Farmhouse and the Sylvan Beach Bakery while staying here. “

Hosts were "Excellent on any requests or questions and you can tell they strive for Excellent Customer Service and work very hard on any maintenance and cleanliness! Encourage if you have any serious medical issues like walking or wheelchairs, please contact the Hosts. They are wonderful people and we thank them! Would Highly Recommend!!“

„ Oh WOW. This is truly the cutest, most memorable place that we have ever stayed. How they made the small footprint feel so roomy still amazes us. All the homey touches made it all so cozy. The square/pavilion across the street had a concert while we were there and was a fun surprise. Just a 5 min walk and you'll find a convenience store, restaurants, a hardware store, and pharmacy.. We are trying to find a reason to go back.Thank you Dianne... for the entre ...

"Dieses charmante Hotel in Cazenovia ist rechts und links umgeben von kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants. In der "altenglisch" eingerichteten Lobby loderten die Kamine. Es gibt im Hotel ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Restaurant, welches wir nicht aufgesucht haben. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch. Im Zimmer ließen sich die Fenster öffen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"Нет микроволновки, за ее нахождение в номере надо было брать другой номер. На рецепшен ее тоже нет. Ремонт не делали 20 лет. Коврам лет по 15, за эти деньги - просто кошмар. Более или менее чисто, но никогда больше."
