« We completely enjoyed this property and location in general. We were there for a week and had never been to the Finger Lakes before. We loved being right on the lake. The house was well stocked. It was a nice location for us. We also felt access to most things we planned to do was perfect. »

« What a lovely cozy little stay. Just perfect to allow us to get to an early hockey game the next morning! Just make sure to know that Googlemaps does not lead you to the right entrance. The actual driveway is 100 yards down the road. Thanks to Sarah for guiding us to the entrance!We can’t wait to come back! »

« This property was perfect for hosting family for our son's wedding at Emerson Park. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great porches to sit and visit with a view of the lake. Multiple indoor living spaces too. Great find! »

« Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep. »

« Love the property. The decor was fabulous, modern, up to date, the beds were amazing, the pillows , the linens, kitchen has all the things, the dining table snd chairs, very unique, the chairs comfy, the bathrooms, excellent. highly recommend and will be staying again. »

« Our stay was exactly what my sisters and I needed. The cottage was clean and well-appointed with everything needed for a relaxing experience. The view from the sleeping porch was so pretty and peaceful. »

« The property is ideal for small children, lots of room to play outside, the lake is assessable and shallow for a good distance from the shore.The kitchen is well equipped for large family meals.There are interesting places to go and see There are 6 bedrooms and sufficient beds for the listed number of visitors.It is a comfortable, but not fancy property.It fully met our expectations. »
