« We stayed in this house for two months while we were doing a kitchen renovation, The only reason we stayed is because we had no other options this time of year for a rental that would take pets. We survived because we brought everything we needed from our house. We did not receive any instructions prior to the rental and there were no instructions at the house for check-in and checking out procedures, internet/tv access or information on the local area. « We rented the house with 3 families and had a great time. The house was very clean and was kept up nicely. The feedback we have is to describe how to dock your boat with the very shallow water at the shoreline. Also, the back bedroom had a musty smell. It would be nice if the house had A/C, but the owner had sufficient fans in every room. We had a great experience. »
