« The property is some distance away from the highway. We were aware of that and enjoyed the peace and quiet the location offered. Property is very nice both inside and out. Easy contact with owner. Reported we could not get the outside grill to light but this did not create an issue for us. »

Very convenient location to walk to Bemus Point, short drive to Long Point State Park, Panama Rocks, Chautauqua Institute and Jamestown. Very clean and well maintained. The host was prompt in answering any questions. »
