„My wife, kids, grandparents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront Modern House over the last weekend! The home is very spacious and easily accommodated our large group. In addition, we appreciated the stylish decor and the fact that the house was immaculate. The property is an easy drive to and from the the New Paltz Main St and Farmer's Market, so we conveniently headed into town for shopping and meals. We all took advantage of the barbeque grill on our last evening there, ...

„We were very happy with the accommodations. The cottage was neat, clean and well kept, as was the property. All the amenities were as described. We had a great weekend and would highly recommend this lake house.“

„The chicken coop was just what we all needed while on our fishing trip. The inside has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable, the WiFi was great to keep the teens connected. The outside area is very relaxing and the covered porch was great as we had a lot of rain during our visit. The host were very responsive and all the extras they do for you is amazing. We look forward to our next stay there. “

„My family and I loved this property! We enjoyed walking around the woods and exploring. The house was well equipped and was really charming. We also loved sightseeing around the near by towns. Definitely a place to come back to stay again. “

„We had a quick stay to celebrate a family baby shower and the house was perfect for us. Perfectly clean and quiet, enough space to have other family over for snacks and hangout while we decided what to do. So clean and very comfortable. I may have missed this in the house instructions but note that there were no paper towels and 2 trash bags for our stay (BYO if you need them)“

House was amazing - I understand some of the comments about the steep hill down to the water, but that did not stop us (use the driveway, don't go down the grass!). Communication with the host was fantastic, the house was in great shape, and there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. nearby. We all agreed it's one of the best houses that we've rented. “

„My wife and I absolutely loved staying at this yurt. The lodging had all the modern amenities and was spotless upon arrival. Was very close to some good hiking (including some nice wild trails at your doorstep) and also an easy drive to Kingston. Would highly recommend. “

„A delightful place. Having the lake to ourselves with magnificent views plus a property that has plenty to keep everyone active--including the very active 4 year old in our group--was amazing. Do note that the downstairs bathroom has narrow doors so mobility impaired people may not be able to access it without assistance. “
