„This was a nice and rustic trip away from the city into the peace and serenity of the country. Beautiful night sky with a fire pit and a porch allowed one to enjoy the sights and sounds. Cows, goats, miniature horses, chickens, geese, peacocks, dogs, and cats are some of the friendly animals on the property. Trailer was clean and bed was comfortable.“

„We had a wonderful stay lots of lazing around and just being. No major malfunctions just a couple minor things it would have been great it there was central are or one more window unit for the bottom floor but other than that we all had a wonderful time “

„If you're looking for an immaculate cabin in a beautiful, rural, private and tranquil setting, look no further! This cabin is amazing and the owner, Bette, could not have been more accommodating. My only word of caution is if you are an over-packer like I am, maneuvering a heavy suitcase up that spiral staircase is a bit of a challenge, but if you pack sensibly, you'll be fine. Thank you, Bette, for providing such an amazing setting for a memorable weekend in Ellicottville!“

We stayed here with a large group for a summer weekend and were welcomed by lush forests, vibrant greenery, and plenty of open space for outdoor games and activities. „This was an ideal property and location for our family reunion group of 13 (without needing the additional suite). The large living room and back porch both provided great spaces for gathering and time together. The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning. There are two window AC units in the house (not counting the suite, which we did not ...

„It was a beautiful week away as a family. The farm was full of beautiful surprises. Berries were ripening, Birds were singing. We all enjoyed the water in the pond. It was so refreshing. We had space to play wiffelball and corn hole.We had a blast.A good time was had by all.“
