« The room was extremely dirty. There were mice, frequently enough that I could have a video of it (would add it here if it was an option). There were cigarettes holes in the sheet, objects on the floor (a candy and a beer cap). Hotel staff told me I would be fully reimbursed and sent a bill of 0$ to my email. « Booked two rooms well ahead of time based on images and room descriptions. When I arrived, neither room was in the main hotel, but each separately in a different annexes. The only access in and out of the building where the room was located was a vertiginous staircase. No other exit, A real fire trap. The room was spartan. Basic bed with a basic armoire. Nothing more. Had I not raised the question, the hotel would not have even notified me that in their terms, I had been "downgraded". ...

« Our stay at Elmrock was exactly what we needed to get out of town and have many of the beautiful sites of Ulster County available nearby. The House we rented from them was beautifully kept. The Breakfasts were great ant the conversation with others made for nice mornings. ON a VERY hot July 4th Weekend the home was cool and comfortable! Would recommend the Inn highly. »

« The cabin is awesome. Surrounded by forrest you feel like youre the only person in the world. What's even cooler is its off grid but you dont miss a thing. Lights. Music. Bathroom. There were even a couple board games. Outside fire ready to go. Exactly what I was looking for. »
