« Here's the run down: this is a relatively well kept property for it's age (150 yrs old!). It's a very small 2 story house with a quite large backyard. The exterior views of the house are from the backyard although the living room faces the front.Parking is limited as the garage was not accessible to host a minivan. « Enjoyable, private stay with exceptional communication and all the camping comforts you could need! Owner and property manager had strong communication and went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. « This was the perfect place for our family during our visit to Cooperstown Dreams Park! It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Dave was very responsive and addressed matters very quickly. The location was 5 minutes to Dreams Park, which was very convenient with being able to run back to rest a little between games. « We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors! »
