« The property and especially the views are spectacular It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with kitchen equipment. Nice game room, and wet bar and plenty of room around the fire pit with firewood provided!!! The owner was readily available for any questions. This was our 4 th consecutive year sub Roosters Den and look forward to going again next year »

« My wife and I went there for a weekend and we just loved the place. Right in town. It’s nice that you have your own parking spot. We didn’t use our car all weekend. We walked everywhere. The beds were super comfortable and it was perfect for our weekend. »

« We did a trip that had us stopping in Erie PA for two days then to Buffalo to see the falls for two days. We did a high end loft in Buffalo. After staying in 4 different places this was our most favorite. We had our German Shepherd with us and the big yard was perfect. If we had it to do over again we would go straight here. »

« The Manor House was absolutely charming the moment we pulled up. Checking in, we couldn't help but feel how much Larry cared about this property. We felt at home seeing the knick knacks, reading the recipes in the cupboard, and seeing the incredible family tree/ photographs. The soaking tub was a sight to behold during twilight and was nothing short of magical. The grounds were beautiful in the beginnings of spring and we got to see the resident ducks, and dogs. « Lovely space! Went for a ski weekend with a large party. All the kids got to stay together in the bunk bed room, along with 5 couples. Hot water for showers without any issues, well stocked kitchen for cooking. Amazing proximity to Holimont/Holliday valley. Will absolutely stay again. Only bummer is no hottub, which, if it was there, we’d never book anywhere else ever! »
