« When we arrived the Septic Tank alarm was going off. We called, the property manager came right away, and contacted the owner. Employees from a Septic Company came within a few hours and verified it was an alarm malfunction, and that there was nothing wrong with the tank or the pump. They fixed the alarm the next day. There was little disruption to our stay.We appreciated the response of the owner and the property manager. »

« Beautiful spacious home allowing for individual privacy as well as space for our large group to eat dinner together and socialize. Property was clean and well maintained. Information was lacking regarding use of the security system, availability of pool and kitchen towels, availability of small kitchen appliances (coffee maker, blender...). Communication via text with the owner about these items was quick and complete. We were told the refrigerator had an ice machine however it was...

« The Tv only showed No Signal and nobody was there after nine. The furniture wasn’t even on par with Goodwill. I felt like I was going to roll off the mattress all night. The hot water took forever to get tepid. It is just an old run down motel. »

« Stayed at the sunshine Inn for one night on a visit to the Saratoga Battlefield. I chose it because it was close to the battlefield, even though it has the external look of a 1960s motel I was surprised to discover that the rooms had been updated nicely. The bed was comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. It was a delightful surprise. The rooms are on the small side, but adequate for a couple. I would stay there again. »
