„Relaxing stay, had fun“

„An amazing getaway! This is a quiet, peaceful spot to visit and relax in the outdoors. The trails on/ near the property are beautiful to hike along. The cabins and dome are clean and the beds are really comfortable! Each is so unique. The kayaks, paddle boat, and row boats available gave us lots to do! (If you have young kids, I suggest bringing your own life jackets). The host is easy to communicate with and responsive. It is obvious when you are there he is working to make this spot even ...

„Awesome. Cabin was clean and fresh and we never saw another human. Resident Broad Winged Hawk kept us company all week and we were greeted by two Luna moths. Cabin had everything and anything needed. HIGHLY recommended. And Brook Trout for lunch!“

„Our family had a great time. The private lake was great and the views from the cabin were beautiful. House was fully stocked with canoes, boats, and whatever we needed for our stay. Plenty of room outside and inside. The host was very communicative and helpful during our stay as well. The grills could use a good cleaning and some fixing as we grilled two nights and had to do some improvising by using foil and ended up cooking some things inside but other than that everything was pretty clean.“

„We had a wonderful getaway at The River Pines. So cozy and serene for our family and Boston Terrier. We enjoyed being outside with the beautiful views and sounds of the river and trees as well as snuggling up indoors for games and movies. Just what we needed for our spring break!“

„The location ON the Moose River was gorgeous but the cottages are VERY close so it was a little noisy. The decorations on the grounds for Halloween were adorable! It was difficult to learn how to operate the TV and the heaters (it was cold in the mornings). There were no instructions left to run either item and when we called the number listed, we could only leave a message but nobody called us back. „We had a nice stay and overall enjoyed our time here. The property was clean, had plenty of seating, and the host was very nice, responsive, and helpful. We stayed during the summer and chose the location because we were looking to enjoy some of the outdoor activities in the area. The house is conveniently located right off a main road, which made getting around easy. Walmart is about 15 minutes away, Old Forge is approximately 44 minutes, and Ager Falls is only about 10 minutes away. There are ...
