« One-star review Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service. During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel. We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...
