« I have stayed for 2 nights, the location and views are perfact however there is lot of room for improvement in the operation. Attention should be paid to cleanliness of the room. The quilts and linen should be comfortable. Water should be available 24 hrs. Proper breakfast should be available and served. »

« I had booked the best villa with river facing views. 6 months ahead of time. A day before I had even called the property to confirm my booking and was assured to come. But when I reached the hotel, I was told that my booking is not with them as the mail from hotels.com has not reached....etc... etc... So finally I was given another room which was of a lower category and since apparently it was vacated by another guest a short while ago, it was not even cleaned up properly. The facilities like...
