« The stay got off to a very poor start. The advertisement instructed guests to contact the property to receive a door access code. When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions.
The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and appear old and worn, with little care or maintenance.
There is also a serious maintenance issue in the upstairs bathroom, with...
