« Our second time staying here. Great place and great location. House is clean and comfortable. I will stay here again. »

« Clean, odor-free. Comfortable, firm bed. Very little traffic noise. Room was small but adequate. Good value. Friendly reception. There are two diners in Richfield Springs, about 8 miles east; a surfeit restaurants in Cooperstown. »

« The cabin felt secluded and comfortable. A perfect location to do things. Some what clean. Had cooking utensils needed for cooking. Easy to find, access and host was available if needed. »

« This was my fourth stay, and looking forward to another already! Always clean, beautifully maintained, and well stocked. Quiet, scenic surroundings. A great place to stay, and Ashley is a marvelous host. »

« Plenty of room for multiple families. Very convenient location for All Star Village, about 5 minutes away. Great outdoor environment. Interior could use some upgrading, limited TVs and functionality. Overall great place and would recommend. »

« The property was excellent. The scenery was beautiful. The house was so inviting and cozy. And lets you get back into nature when you live in the city. »

« Amazing cabin in the woods surrounded by beautiful nature, pond, and hot tub. We were a family of six and there was plenty of space. Great host would recommend it. »

« This property was just right for us and our family. Coffee on the front porch in the mornings and cocktails while watching the sunset was just what we needed! The water entry is mucky, so I recommend bringing water shoes. We did a lot of floating on floats (which we brought), and enjoying the kayaks and paddle boards (which were provided). We had a great time! »

« We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors! »

« The house was clean and spacious, making it ideal for our group of four. It was air-conditioned and provided more than enough amenities, including towels, for our entire stay. Additionally, the HOF Museum was only a 6-7 minute drive away, making our stay truly fulfilling. »
