« First there was a refundable fee due at check in that I was not made aware of until AFTER I booked. It was refunded without issue. « Have to go to sister hotels for breakfast, sauna, other amenities. A/C in my room was broken, had to switch rooms. Windows didn’t open in room. Otherwise it was fine and close to beach. Have to pay extra for housekeeping. »

« This was a cute house. It was in a great location for our needs. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well as the beach. »

« It was a clean room, nice bed, good distance from everything, and host was very easy to get in contact with! We only stayed for one night, but everything was great :) There is a coffee station which was really nice. »

« My wife, my two boys, and myself had a great Labor Day Weekend! This place was awesome and very great for kids. They lived the playground on the beach that was very close, and their new dream catchers from the store downstairs! »

« Location was great! Accommodations were comfortable. The only comment I have is that we had dealt with a lot of flies but wasn’t sure if this was due to the area. I’m from the west coast so not sure if flies are just in season but we had to kill many throughout our stay. Overall had a wonderful time and would recommend! AC was cool and super needed for the heat :-) »

« Overall the experience was great. You are definitely paying for the location and the view. The amenities are good, but not on par with the view and location. Everything is either within walking distance or trolly distance. Would book again. Dave, the host, was one of the best we’ve encountered—very reachable and responsive. »

« It was okay, mostly. The room was old and dated. It smelled bad; my wife said it smelled like a wet dog. The View was exceptional and I'm surprised that the listing didn't have any pictures of it, that I remember. In fact, we weren't sure what the view is going to be like even though it said Oceanside. That can sometimes be deceiving. A description of "Oceanfront" would be better. The staff did their job but that's about it. They neither greeted us when we left or came each time. We are used to...

« It was a great and wonderful stay. Honestly no bad reviews, we did have a couple of suggestions. The washing machine may need to be replaced or upgraded. It was super loud when it was in the spin cycle and almost had the entire condo shaking. The bathroom located on the second floor is a bit cramped. I would suggest getting the door to swing out. This would allow for bit more room in that bathroom and allow you to relocate the toilet paper dispenser. »
