« J’ai demandé de transférer ma réservation pour La Quinta Inn de Burlington Vermont au lieu de La Quinta Washington mais rien n’a été fait et j’ai perdu mon argent. Vraiment très déçu de mon expérience. Le personnel de l’hôtel m’a affirmé que si je n’avais pas passé par Expedia, il aurait pu faire le changement sans problème. « We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always a fine place to spend the night. No frills and pretty safe. Price is right. We asked about an early check-in and although there was a room available they were going to charge us $30 which we passed on. Most hotels offer a free early check-in when they have rooms available so I just want others to know that if you try that here there is a fee. »
