« Wonderful stay -accommodations and hosts amazing. Large space - most comfortable bed I’ve slept in - quiet and relaxing. Very enjoyable on a cold wet weekend that looked to ruin the stay. Will definitely be back but in warmer weather. »

« Visit was short and sweet. We were in town for a wedding, so only stayed overnight. The host was accommodating and helpful. The amenities were nice and everything was as listed. All in all was a great stay. Thank you. »

« The host is great, knowledgeable and very responsive.However, the property itself is somewhat worn off, the ACs upstairs were barely functioning, all silverware is hidden (except plastic forks and knives). There is a playroom for kids upstairs, that is really nice if you are traveling with little kids. Great location that is close to everything, just a somewhat pricey. »

« Great location and clean place. Family loved our experiences on the dock, s'mores, and the hot tub. The host was helpful and quick to respond. Our family could manage the steps to the Lake (140 steps), but might be a challenge for others. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay and memories. »

« It's a comfy place but needs some tlc and freshening up. The pictures do not show accurate version of the inside or outside as it is currently . Beautiful fireplace outside but yard needs attention and new cushions are desperately needed. No "welcome book" inside giving information on the house but initial email from owner mentioned it. Definitely has potential. Beautiful deer in the yard. You cannot see the lake either. So, if you are counting on Lakeview this isn't your place. »

« This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again. »

« The place was very nice! Many nice touches and we didn’t need anything. Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches »

« This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. Our dog loved running free in the yard and taking walks on the lane behind the...

« We had the best tome fishing from this cottage’s dock. Fish are varied and plentiful…bass, rudd, lake trout and more…we even had a great fight with a pike! The virw is amazing, the setting is so quiet and our host was extremely helpful! »

« A couple of my cousins and our daughters went to a concert at point of the Bluffs. We found this house and it was perfect! It was beautiful, so clean, and had tons of little extra touches that we loved! We will definitely book again. »
