« I will book again. Communication was perfect. the 3rd bedroom picture wasn't there but I received a picture of it, so all is good. Very roomy. The unit is downtown right across from a hospital. Walking distance to a liquor store and other type stores. No issues at all, us 3 old ladies felt safe there. »

« The house location was great and the neighborhood is nice. The house is well maintained and as pictured. The owner was very easy to coordinate with. Only note is that the laundry is in a shared space which the owner needs to lock/unlock, so a tiny hassle but worked out fine. »

« This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need. »

« Really lovely cabin next to a beautiful running creek.. the cabin is beautiful and very well maintained. Will plan another trip there again next year.. no bears but enjoyed waking up to the wild turkeys!! »

« Very cute little cabin! We loved the decor and feel of the place. One thing that surprised us if that this cabin is actually attached to a house where the family lives. When we pulled up we thought maybe we were in the wrong place because the listing doesn’t mention it being attached to the main house. There were multiple trailers or dwelling units (2-3) and other people living on the property so it seems. We thought it was a stand alone cabin. It ended up being fine but definitely something...
