It's a standard Days Inn. Nothing fancy. Clean room. Buzzing from refrigerator was really annoying and messed with my sleep. But nothing I can't handle. Not perfect, but you get what you pay for. Top tier mediocre.

Rude lying staff, the women are rude, extra words mouthy over talkers. The maintenance man a older guy very polite very nice but the women not polite at all. Listen won’t be back won’t even recommend to no one. Did your staff tell you that my daughter and her friend stay there about a month ago and there was a couple roaches in the room yES on your property. Did they mention that? My daughter has pictures and nothing against you, but we’re thinking of airing them on social media and fox2 Detroit news. But I’ve since calm down and realize I’ll get to tell my story and I did. So do me one better let DAYS INN & SUITES BY WYNDHAM WARREN know the ppl working their are the problem housekeeper rude, it’s like a family of the same ppl working, could be reaching. Never go here
The room was dirty, the freezer had so much ice surrounding it, the fridge didn't work,and there was a roach on the nightstand. After seeing that, I left.

The original king room I booked had dead roaches next to the bed so they made me get a twin size room and I was so uncomfortable and they would not give me any better accommodations

They imformed me when I checked in they would be doing some maintenance in the bathroom about 9:30 am. I said that would be fine. I left for day and returned about 5:30.Went for a walk shortly there after but when I returned they had now come to do the repairs. They told me on the way out that too Be careful with the fumes. Really nauseating. Bad experience for sure. If they had done the repairs when they promised maybe it would have air out a little.

Les points faibles : Propreté, personnel et service, équipements et infrastructures et conditions de l’hébergement
Reservations for a king size bed I get there they offer me two queen size bed I think it's unfair because I made the reservations in advance we was uncomfortable and the bathroom was terrible I will not be coming back here anytime soon and I feel like I need a refund or some adjustments
