  • Great space to relax and get comfy in our non smoking home. Super clean, cute and cozy home nestled in a quaint neighborhood. You can chill out on the front porch, relax in the living room or take a soak in the tub. (Jets are not working at this time)

    This great location is minutes away from downtown Wyandotte where you can stroll down the main street and enjoy shopping and dining with a view of the river. Downtown Wyandotte is kid friendly and just steps away from the river walk park and fishing.

    The house has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom doubles as an office with a full size futon, the living room has a queen air mattress for use. The living room and bedroom both have smart tvs The kitchen is open to the living room and a dining room allows for entertaining. You will also have access to a washer and dryer in the house.

    No more than 6 guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this rental. The space was quaint, spotless, and thoughtfully put together, making it feel instantly comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything I needed, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Check‑in was smooth, communication was easy, and the overall experience was exactly what I hoped for. I’d happily stay here again.

Perfect trip. Came to see elderly family. My husband’s childhood home is a few houses down so it was a great location. House was clean, host was very informative and a great communicator. Dishwasher was loaded w/dishes when we arrived so we left it as so as we didn’t utilize the dishes/silverware. Our family had 11 rentals downriver this past week and our rental was the easiest for the 80 year olds to visit, they also knew the surrounding neighbors so that was a plus. Highly recommend this Rental. Host was fantastic.

Great location for our fishing trip

The apartment was as advertised. Clean and in a good neighborhood. Austin was easy to work with. Perfect set up and location for what we needed. Will book again next time we head up fishing!

Very accommodating as he allowed us to keep our belongings there longer, so we didn't have to leave in our truck. Close to boat launch as we were there to fish.

Fishing trip

Over all the house is very nice and in a good location to the marina and fishing the Detroit River. I would recommend this house to friends and family as a great place to stay. The house had everything we needed and if it didn’t we had plenty of places to get what we needed. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to next year.

Perfect Place

It was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. It was a mile and a half from our wedding venue. It was perfect.

This house is easy to get to, however the address sign is hard to read so beware. The front steps are steep and the storm door is cantankerous to close. The A/C keeps the place cool in the humid heat of SE Michigan. It is conveniently located to downtown and major roads. The neighborhood is quiet, save for the occasional freight train horns a block away. Parking is on the street, and despite saying the following are provide in the Vrbo listing, there was no shampoo or soap, no clothes washer or dryer, and no hair dryer. The linens had an odor, the back porch smells strongly of mildew, and for future guests, the 100 year old house could use regular airing out. The cookware’s non-stick finishes are no longer intact, and these should be replaced. The ice maker was frozen solid, so I cleared and cleaned it for the owner (and for us to use). If we return to Wyandotte, I would only consider staying here again if nothing else were available — knowing to bring things with us that we need but are not there.

Came down for the weekend for a wedding at one of the churches downtown. One thing the Dotte doesn’t have are hotels readily available. I’m glad that there isn’t, otherwise I would have never found this gem! The place was great and a couple minute drive to anything you could need. It was a perfect size for the 4 of us. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Clean, close to downtown, comfy bed, and a great price!

Good Location

We really loved this location since it was a short drive to Detroit and allowed us to escape the city at the end of the day. Check in was easy, the apartment was nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. The host was quick to answer questions. The only quibble we have is that the listing is a tad generous in its estimation as to the number of guests it can accommodate. The listing stated it could accommodate up to 6. We were a party of 4 and found the sleeping arrangements a bit cramped/awkward. Perhaps some clarification in the listing would be helpful and alleviate confusion. Overall we had a pleasant trip and enjoyed the peaceful location. It was a good “base camp” for our Detroit adventures.
