« This was a really lovely place to stay. We received the warmest of welcomes and excellent service from all the staff throughout. The room was well presented, clean and spacious and despite being near a busy road was very quiet. The food served in the pub was simple, fairly priced and delicious. The location was brilliant with Coate Water tucked behind so we enjoyed a couple of beautiful walks by the lake. I would definitely recommend The Sun Inn and look forward to returning. »

« The Redan was the best hospitality experience of our English holiday, nothing less! The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The Inn itself was newly renovated and offered all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. In spite of having a Public House on the ground floor, our room was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend the Redan to any traveller for the quality of its design, the friendliness of its personnel and the lovely setting in which it is located. I should also mention that...

« I choose this accomodation for his perfect location. It is located inside the campus and I had a conference inside the campus too. People at the reception were great. I met several foreign students during my stay. »

« Lovely location, rooms and buildings. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the gardens and park are gorgeous. Welcome and service excellent. We stayed after a visit to Longleat and it was the perfect relaxing stop after a busy day. Only thing that could have made it better would have been if food and drinks were available there in the evening, the cafe closes at 5. We drove to Frome and had an excellent meal in Little Walcot. »

« Sergio was very kind and listened to our questions. It was a pleasure to meet him and talk with him. I recommend it because your experience will be much warming here than inside a classic hotel. Also it’s in the center so everything is accessible without using the transport. »

« Lovely old pub with stylish, well-equipped rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the en-suite was a good size. All the staff were great; helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed ourselves. »

"Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, it’s actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - don’t worry you can’t smell any fried food nor hear any ruckus!) thanks for a great but short stay!"

"We booked a city view room that was one of the 6 with 3 full windows. It was well worth it! Bed and room comfy and well appointed. The breakfast package was great value! Although there is a lift, some stairs to rooms as well. It is a grand old building. Onsite parking at 15 GDP per night was also well worth it. Get there early enough to grab a spot. The Hotel is up a steep hill to the city, but bus outside to Bath centre if required. Local places to eat nearby down the hill including the great Pig and Fiddle pub. We did not eat dinner at the Hotel, but it was available. "
