„The furniture was worn out, the bed only squeaked when moved, the patio furniture was dirty, and some of the outdoor cushions were dirty and torn. No adapters for charging with European plugs. Room service was poor and inattentive. Tiles were missing in the pool. Also no parasol on the terrace to protect yourself from the sun. Kitchen appliances were very worn and partly broken. Some of the kitchen cabinets didn't close properly or were worn out.“

„Food wise expensive“

„We stayed one week at the Crane in Rob & Rochelle's suite. We had a very good time. This 2 bedroom suite with private plunge pool, resort pools and beach are all excellent. Wifi & full kitchen are very good. Staff was very friendly. We will surely return.“

„Washer flooded condo, dryer did not work, luke warm or no hot water for 5 days, out of order plumbing fixtures on site, broken beach elevator and beach covered in weeds. Staff disinterested in many cases in our interactions. Roaches from under the toilet if a light was not left on at night.“
