« We had a lovely view of the river with excellent amenities and customer service. Additionally, breakfast was delicious each morning. »

« Tout etait tres bien Je recommande vivement »

« The welcome was very appropriate and kind. The rooms were impeccable, well-appointed, thoughtful amenities, great bathroom, lighting and sun protection was perfect, and more. Breakfast was healthy and balanced. I was very happy with my stay, and all my benchmarks were satisfied. The people always make a stay better or worse, and here I say thanks for the hospitality. »

« Very quaint pub in a quiet village - but full of life and character, obviously popular with locals and visitors alike. The staff were super friendly. Food was great. Our room was unique and full of old pub charm including sloping floors, but it was super clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was well appointed. »

« Hôtel à rénover entièrement, chambre correct mais sans Clim et pas de possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres et bien même en UK en été il peut faire très chaud. Bâtiment principal délabré, chambre hors bâtiment principal dans un me annexe look années 75/80 style grande motte. Restaurant très bien mais le personnel est jeune et manque d’expérience »

« Nice property and unbelievable breakfast »

« Room clean with comfortable bed and nice bedding. Lovely waiter in the restaurant from South Africa. Breakfast nice with order service for poached/fried eggs. Plenty choice at bar. »

« Rent og pænt, mangler air condition »

« Plenty of parking, friendly staff, Very clean. Limited menu but excellent quality. Let down by peeling paintwork on exterior giving a neglected appearance. Would benefit from a fridge in the bedroom »

« Très bel hébergement dans la campagne près d’Oxford. Personnel jeune et serviable. Super petit déjeuner. »

At breakfast we waited 50 minutes for our cooked breakfast with no apology or explanation. When it finally arrived we asked if we could have some toast with it only to be told that they do not do toast with the English Breakfast! The tea was lukewarm and had to be returned and the 'fresh' orange juice was...

« Right next to the river and the restaurant, which is a very well run and picturesque restaurant. Fantastic breakfast, we dined right on the river. Something to watch out for though is if you’re an arachnophobe, you may have some issues. Being close to the river, the rooms can attract rather large spiders. Other than that, it’s amazing! I highly recommend it. »
