The workshop of the red hat is faithful to the industrial type decoration. Diverted from its primary use for the greatest pleasure of travelers.
Fully equipped kitchen area and basic groceries. NESPRESSO coffee machine with some capsules. Tea and sugar.
Two staircases lead to each room on the floor. 1 with two single beds of 90 and 1 with double bed of 160. A sofa bed on the first floor.
Bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet.
Sheets, towels and bath mats available and free Wifi.
HYGIENE PRODUCTS NOT PROVIDED.

The studio is situated in a quiet rear courtyard, accessible from Rue Bossuet in the heart of Dijon city centre.

A parking space in a garage is included.
The car park is located in the GALERIE BOSSUET.

We are available at any time by message to answer your questions and ensure you have a pleasant stay. We can also meet you on-site upon request.

The workshop is located on Rue Bossuet, in the heart of Dijon's historic centre. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, Rue de la Liberté with its shops, as well as numerous restaurants, cafés and museums. A lively neighbourhood steeped in history, perfect for exploring Dijon on foot.

The property is easily accessible from Dijon-Ville train station (approximately 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi/bus). Several bus lines stop nearby.

⚠️ Important particularities to be aware of before booking:

🪜 Staircases: The property features two separate interior staircases, each leading to one of the upstairs bedrooms. These are steep, industrial-style stairs with no lift/elevator.

🛏️ Bedroom layout:
- Bedroom 1 (via staircase 1): 2 single beds (90 cm)
- Bedroom 2 (via staircase 2): 1 double bed (160 cm)
- Sofa bed on the ground floor

🚿 Bathroom: Italian (walk-in) shower not bathtub. Separate toilet.

☕ Included amenities: NESPRESSO coffee machine (capsules provided), tea, sugar, basic grocery staples. Bed linen and towels provided.

🚫 Please note: hygiene products are NOT provided. Non-smoking property. Pets not allowed unless agreed in advance. Please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
