« Convenient location and easy access, room comfortable and clean. Reception changed our rooms to ground floor on request at arrival, as allocated rooms were not easily accessed, lots of stairs up and down and corridors. Breakfast ok on Saturday but not very hot, tea and coffee machine dispensing very weak and tasteless coffee and tea. Parking good, but quite along waln to reception. »

« I’ve stayed in several places in Colchester to access the university. This is by far the best. Easy free parking. Lovely and clean. Modest but plentiful breakfast. Comfortable clean beds. Large rooms and everything included. Iron and board. Hairdryer. Toiletries and towels. Good deals on several sites. Always affordable with free breakfast. »

« Nous avons choisi le George sur les conseils d'amis qui, comme nous, ont leur enfant à l'University of Essex. The George est situé sur High Street, donnant un grand choix de restaurants, 100 metres du parc du Chateau (7.30-19h). L'hôtel est très "oldy-wordly" avec quelques murs d'origine. La chambre n'était pas grande mais largement suffisante, avec vue sur le parking, donc pas de bruit et très calme. Le lit, 160 metre était très confortable comme le linge de lit. Le seul hic était la douche...
