« This was really relaxing home base for a family reunion a few km away. The house has everything and was clean, and able to accommodate seniors with a main floor bedroom and room for the rest of our family. Wished we would of booked longer »

« We enjoyed our time. The cabin was perfect. Beds were great, kitchen a nice size, bathroom was lovely and the front veranda was absolutely amazing(my favoriteplace). The grainery gazebo firepit was also excellent. »

« An absolutely amazing stay. It was everything we could have hoped for in a trip away from the city. Chris is such a welcoming and accommodating host! The property has everything you need to hide away. His daughter in laws farm stand at the top of the hill is the perfect touch as well. We will for sure be back! »

« Our group had an incredible stay this past week! The location and home are beautiful! There was plenty of room for our large group and the kids had so much fun on the beach and out on the lake with the paddle boards! The adults were able to relax and the kitchen was roomy and stocked well for all our cooking needs. However, renters need to be aware that the upstairs ensuite does NOT have any hot water to the sink or shower. This appears to be a known issue that the owners are not willing to fix....

« As noted check in was easy. It was clean and well labeled as to location of various kitchen items, but could not find extra blankets. Because our stay was short we had no need for the use of a washer/dryer, however I would expect that if my stay was longer and the machines were in the house I would expect to use them and not have to go to laundromat. »

« We had the most amazing stay at this cozy, off the grid cabin! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept better than we had in weeks. The yard was spacious and peaceful—perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or kicking back beside the fire, enjoying a cider and stargazing at night. A highlight was definitely the sheep grazing nearby—they added such a charming, pastoral vibe to the whole experience. « Myself and 3 girl friends stayed for 2 nights and it was fantastic. So well stocked, lots of towels, TP, spices etc. Lovely deck to sit on and enjoy the lake.Beds were so comfy and living area was as well.And to top it off when we were leaving one of us had a dead battery and the nice neighbours came to our rescue.Will definitely stay again.Thanks Emily »

« Amazing home with great furnishings, a high quality hot tub and plenty of room. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and the firepit in the back was great. However, we thought we would be on the water (we rent each year on the lake) and this house isn't on the lake (its across the street). So if you like toes in the water with your morning coffee, and don't want to watch bikes and cars obstruct your view, keep looking!
