« We were well greated by a super nice lady. The room was cleaned, all the amenities were there. The bed though was not the most comfortable and the sheets were really well used, we could see through it. And the train is really loud so get ready for that. Breakfast was good. Was a great hotel for a short stay. »

« The hotel itself was in overall pretty good shape, though sections of the hotel (elevator, hallways, carpeting) were definitely well-used and could use some TLC. The hotel is unfortunately located in a rougher area and thus, staff have to focus on policing unhoused individuals quite a bit. The staff themselves were lovely in all interactions. It would be beneficial to add ramps to both entrances for accessibility and access to luggage racks. »
