J’ai demandé un taxi au concierge pour aller à l’aéroport et un chauffeur est arrivé. Une fois arrivé à l’aéroport, c’était cash only et impossible d’avoir un reçu. Ce qui est embêtant pour un déplacement pro! La conciergerie n’est pas fiable! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel! Never again!

Suite a ma réservation jai pris une chambre de 43 m2 mais a l'arrivée il m'ont donné une chambre simple de 25 ou 26m2 Jai demandé le changement de la chambre il mon dit que il a un supplément de 200€ Pour prendre une chambre de 73m2 mais je pense qu'ils ont un problème de metrage parce que la chambre que j'ai pris elle fait 43m2 c'est une arnaque merci de calculer le métrage de vos chambres avant de les poster sur internet

Super hôtel au design moderne. Le personnel est serviable et prévenant. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec beaucoup de choix. Nous reviendrons certainement!

Hôtel qui n'est pas si moderne que cela. Pas de pression pour se laver, des cendres dans les toilettes (au delà de la propreté, on peut se poser la question de cendres dans une chambre non fumeur), un service qui n'était pas à la hauteur. Par contre, idéalement situé pour aller à pied au Souk et au musée des arts islamiques. Pour le reste, loin de tout. Le gros point positif: son bar sur le toit. Ambiance assurée, vue génial, et service très bien.

Hotel neuf, service impeccable
Nouvel hotel ouvert il y a tout juste 1 mois. Pratique car proche de l'aéroport. Possède absolument tout pour satisfaire un voyageur business. Restaurant très bon et salle de sport ouvert 24h! Personnel très chaleureux. Rien à redire très franchement.

I spent 5 nights at the doubletree hotel, it’s a nicely decorated, peaceful and clean hotel. The staff were great, friendly and very helpful. It’s in a good location, walking distance to the national museum and flag plaza, and short taxi ride to west bay. The pool was closed for renovation work, which was disappointing but otherwise I enjoyed my stay.
