« L'hôtel refuse de me donner une facture au motif que jai réservé via une tierce partie Expedia=hotels.com mais pourtant je paye sur place. Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »

« The staff was very friendly, but the room was dingy. The walls needed to be wiped down as there were several spots of dirt. Orangish color on a beige background. The shower floor was also rather dirty. The office chair had been sat in and looked like it contained bodily fluids on the seat. The wall outlet cover had gaps around it which may be a safety and/or electrical hazard. The room had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned in some time. »

« I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff wa super nice but the breakfast was not up to the usual Home2Suites standard. If I had been able to eat a biscuit I might have broken a tooth. We went to breakfast around 8 so it shouldn’t have been “the last ones”. No waffles? Just disappointing. »

After paying for a specific room, I was given a completely different one that lacked basic amenities.
