« Upon arrival I thought I walked into the wrong condo. The were used sponges on the sink with a 1/2 full bottle of dish soap and then I open the refrigerator. The refrigerator had an old dingy kids lunch box, large bottle of water, open peanut butter, jelly and several condiments and didn't look clean. The stove, oven and sink also didn't look clean. The washer had unwashed cleaning towels inside. I called Vanessa and she responded right away that her cleaning accidentally left the lunch box...

« I had a few things go wrong during my stay and I can’t say that the owners were very proactive in handling it. First, there was a strong smoky odor in the condo that required a great deal of Febreeze that didn’t really cover it. I also had problems with fruit flies and I was asked to send a picture of the bugs so they knew how to address it. I didn’t bother as it’s pretty challenging to photograph fruit flies. And I also had to replace the coffee maker because the one provided was broken and...
