I do whatever I can to address any issues, and prefer that guests try and resolve them with me before leaving negative comments. The oven gloves are in the kitchen, in the narrow cupboard next to the oven, with the cling film and foil. Yes, the microwave is old, but it works perfectly and is spotlessly clean. I hate things going to landfill unnecessarily, but maybe I should think about getting a new one! I have addressed the ‘no milk’ issue, and ordered some of those little UHT pots. I will provide tea/coffee milk in future. I cannot provide fresh milk, as I also have to drive 4 miles to the nearest shop to get something which guests may or may not want! The main bed is a standard double bed as advertised. I chose a metal frame rather than a divan base when I replaced it a couple of years ago, because it is more hygienic. I checked today to make sure the screws hadn’t worked loose, but it seems fine. It does make a slight noise when you sit on it. Sorry about that. I don’t normally get any complaints about it. The hairdryer is in the hall cupboard, along with the other ‘if you forget to bring anything help yourselves’ items ie. Shampoo, body wash, toothpaste and toothbrush, lady products. I don’t advertise as wheelchair/disabled friendly, although the bungalow is mostly accessible. I was only made aware of your disability a few days before your arrival, when you requested to have some oxygen equipment delivered to the bungalow. The pictures of the front door clearly show the slope. If this is a problem, you can normally park on the grass nearer to the door for loading and unloading. I say normally, because with the amount of rain we have had this year that may not be practical! I hope you enjoyed your stay regardless.
