Bon rapport qualité/prix
Chambre propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner correct. Tout ce qu’il faut pour une nuit de passage. Dover est une ville magnifique avec son centre historique et ses magnifiques bâtiments et maisons.

The smoke detector made consistent crackling noises in the early morning hours loud enough to rouse me from my sleep. I first heard it approximately around 3:00 am and attempted to overlook it. Then it happened on and off until 7:00 am. It happened repeatedly and ultimately broke my rest. So much for trying to sleep in. I bought my concerns to the front desk and management tried to tell me that noise is customary. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this has never happened. Perhaps it’s customary when outdated and potentially faulty equipment is used. Sagar Patel could care less of my concern or inconvenience despite the recording to substantiate my concern. I was checking out later that morning so of course he didn’t care. Microtel by Wyndham already had their money.

Waited for 30 minutes trying to get checked into the room with a staff person who is here by herself and has no idea what she is doing!!!! She said this is her second day on the job and they have her running the entire front desk by herself! Very disappointing experience.

Overall the room is clean, bed is comfortable but there is no closet, no coffee machine in the room compared to the Microtel I stayed 5 months ago in Georgetown.

Our room was very noisy with all the road traffic. I wish we would have been given a room on the opposite side of the hallway. Grab n go breakfast was disappointing.

quiet until people in next room thought they were at home and could make as much noise as they wanted. For two days we put up with it. No where to hang clothes, didnt like no iron and ironing board.

We were first greeted by a smelly employee then went up to the room where they gave us a full bed and not a queen. The full bed was on the queen bed frame and did not fit. The whole hotel smelled like weed. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely terrible. We were woke up by the room next to us getting it on. We could hear everything through the floor and walls. This stay was terrible. I would never stay at this location again.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Room was not even close to what was pictured. Looked like a day at KinderCare,( Primary colors) nowhere to store any clothing, Sink next to the bed???? We run a business and need Wifi while away. The wifi was not working, After realizing there was no phone in our room I went down to the desk to find out why. The girl there told me that I was not the only one who had said something and maybe she should "probably" call her manager, I showed her the modem and where it needed to be unplugged but she refused without taking to her manager. I gave her my phone number so she could call me when it was up and running, Hours went by and nothing, We went to sleep with the hopes that in AM it would be fixed. Well, it wasn't. So, we decided to take showers - which was nearly impossible as there was absolutely no pressure. Also was told there was breakfast- which did not exist. the fridge was in the box being frustrated we decided to check out. The woman Rita at the desk asked me how my stay was, After explaining everything with the wifi and our frustration - this woman called me a LIAR. right to my face after rolling her eyes. I showed her all my screen shots where it isn't and again this woman called me a liar. she was rude and again making me very uncomfortable. I told her I wanted a refund and she laughed. After booking because this was a Wyndham Property - I would highly suggest they remove their name

The property should have been finished renovating before letting people come and stay. The parking lot was not cleaned from the snow, very unsafe!! No phone in the room to call the front desk . I parked in the front of the inn because there were no more parking spaces.
