« Great location for a late summer family get away. 6 adults and 2 young grandchildren. Enjoyed to stay and spend most of the days up in RMNP. Hiking and sightseeing. House was perfect size for all of us. Inside home could have been a little cleaner upon our arrival. Especially bathrooms for what it cost to stay. Other than that it was a nice stay. Thanks »

« We had a great time. The house is only minutes from anything we needed/wanted to do. The big fenced yard was wonderful. We've taken our dogs on vacation before, but never had a fenced yard. It was so nice to let them into the yard without being leashed. The house was well stocked. I really appreciated the large bottles of hand soap at each sink and the amount of towels and washcloths there were. The only wildlife we saw at the house was a wild turkey sitting on the fence one afternoon. We did...

« The house was perfect for our family, and even better than we expected from the listing. Our kids loved the bunk room, toy space and garage activities. We enjoyed the short walk to the water and playground and loved how stocked the kitchen was. It made making meals super easy. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The location is great, and the place is huge. We love Fort Collins, and this unit is near so many of the places we wanted to see.It was so nice to bring 3 generations of our family together here. Everyone loved the common areas and had their own space if they needed some time alone. A really fun stay, looking forward to coming back. »

« Very nice two bedroom. Beds were comfortable and great location to CSU. Only thing for prospective renters to note is that the shower is a very small corner unit. Good water pressure and nice hot shower but the shower space is a bit claustrophobic and hard to move around in. Other than that a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. »

« We came into town for the annual Scottish Highland games. This was the perfect location to town and the quick drive to the fairgrounds. The property was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is not on a through street. The hot tub was an added bonus. We would definitely book again. »
