« Lodge was really nice and clean and it was a really nice experience. However a few lights either didn't work or had no bulb in, the hall way light didn't work and when it was dark you couldn't see where you was going and the light outside the hot tub but this wasn't so bad as you had the fairy lights which gave a bit of light. « The pod we stayed in was beautifully clean and well maintained. It had lovely little touches like a small milk in the fridge waiting for when you arrived, each bed space had its own towels (including bath towels) so that was a nice touch also. The only thing I would recommend is that the view from the front of the pod isn’t the same on the photos due to new lodges being built so when we got there it was a little disappointing not to have that view and just a little suggestion now new lodges are...

« From the moment I arrived, the scenery was beautiful. The lake with various different birds, the trees, forest etc. I loved the cabin, just perfect along with the outdoor fire pit/bbq where you buy logs through an app. I will definately be visiting again. Loved it 😊😊😊😊😊 »

« Lovely property, in a small settlement of varied pods and cabins, arranged to ensure privacy. Great location, close to both Pickering and Thornton le Dale. We are foster carers and needed a break with our very small youngster and the pod suited us perfectly - there was even a song thrush singing to us every evening! »
