The apartment is intended for residential stays only and may not be used for commercial business operations.

☑ Access Cards

Please return all access cards in good condition upon check-out. Lost access cards are subject to a AED 600 replacement fee.

☑ No Smoking

🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking indoors will result in additional cleaning and odor-removal charges.
- A refundable Security Deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time Damage Waiver Fee of AED 200 is required before check in
- Quiet hours from 23:00 and 8:00 every day
- Pets not allowed
- Parties not allowed
- Respect residential amenities and security of property and neighbors
- Guests must not generate noise that is offending neighbor during arrival, departure or any time during occupancy, especially between 22:00 and 8:00
- Children under 14 should be supervised in all recreational areas and common areas
- Children under 14 should shall not be left unsupervised in the property balcony
- Guests may not make any alterations to the unit
- Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas
- Conduct that is not in accordance with these rules may result in Eviction of the guests, Payment of additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others
