When we got there they gave us a wrong apartment and moved us to a 3 bedroom apartment which was not ready and only checked in at 06pm.The last 3 night's the gas cooker was not working and they did nothing about it though we were messaging them everyday. The construction noise in the area is terrible at night. On check out they wouldn't give us our cash deposit on check out time and had to leave our son to wait for them to refund our cash deposit. We lost the plastic excess card and they charged us 500 dirhams for a simple plastic card so they find any excuse to get your deposit and make money. No person at reception to help with any issues and even after messaging they will not come to sort out any isue so better to book a hotel or hotel apartments where they have 24hrs reception
