Extremely Disappointing Stay
Not that pleasant. Almost impossible to locate by all taxis. Be prepared to spend a fortune on transportation as metered Taxis will certainly spend more time locating the hotel hence you pay almost double or more. Even though it is supposedly close to the creek metro station, being in a construction area means you will need to walk in dust for almost 30 minutes if you try anything other than metered taxi to get out and about. Got charged an additional $600 Dirham for day 1 even though I fully prepaid and arrived around 1am for check in. My reservation confirmation clearly stated checkin was 24hrs and checkout was 11am. Not fully transparent there. TV was terrible, hardly any picture from cable service. Central AC/Heater not working as expected throughout our stay. Technicians could not fix. You cannot raise temp if the room is cold. No room cleaning service so you are stuck with dirt for your entire stay. Staff were friendly though. Reservation shows breakfast included but they denied that and so no breakfast was provided. Worst of all, no restaurants in the area or vicinity so be prepared for long drive to nearest mall or restaurants or order delivery.
Try raising temp up if you are cold, good luck with that. Rather than heat up the rooms, it actually becomes cooler.
