Other Things to Note

Once your reservation is confirmed, and in accordance with Tourism Authority requirements, we kindly ask you to provide your passport/ID details to ensure a smooth check-in.

Your identification details will only be used for:

Notifying building security to grant you access
Registering your stay with the relevant tourism authorities

The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers check-out cleaning only. For any additional cleaning required during your stay, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Smoking and vaping inside the apartment are strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in a charge or deduction from the security deposit.

Late check-out after 12:00 PM without prior approval will incur a fee of AED 400 per hour and is subject to availability.

Access cards must be returned to the apartment upon check-out. Lost or unreturned access cards will incur a charge of AED 300 per card to cover replacement costs.

Guest Access

A detailed access guide and unique self-check-in code will be provided before your arrival.

This is a residential community, so we kindly ask all guests to treat the apartment with care and respect.

Please follow the building and community rules throughout your stay:

Keep music and noise at a reasonable level
Make sure the apartment door is properly closed
Always ensure the gas is turned off when not in use
Dispose of rubbish in the designated area on the same floor
Follow all building and community policies applicable to residents and guests
