We provide you with a functional kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, sink, fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

The bathroom has been completely refurbished and offers a shower italian style and a window with the seaview, that can be obscured at your will.

The living area comprises a rounded bed facing the sea, and a living room area where a sofa can be easily converted into a double bed. A smart TV, storage options and a dining area are also included. On a corner, your coffee bar awaits for your slow mornings.

The beautiful terrace gives you the breathtaking and relaxing full beach view, that you can enjoy from our hanging chair or the lounge area.

Outside, multiple sea front restaurant are located just under, with direct free public beach access, while at 5 minutes walking distance, 1 adult and 2 children get unlimited and free access to Riva Beach Club facilties (beach, pool, restaurant, bar, kids area), and as well unlimited and free access to Fairmont the Palm pool, beach, gym and group classes. Second adult can access for a fee charged by the facilities. 30% discount offered on the total food and beverage bill (Riva) and 25% (Fairmont, with exclusions).
