Hi Christian, Thanks for your comments. There is a breakfast menu in room for in room breakfast service. As for cafe's there are at least 20 to choose from in Dubbo. Had you filled out your breakfast menu the night before and returned it to reception you would have had breakfast the next morning or asked about the cafe's in Dubbo I would have pointed you in the right direction.

Friendly staff, they asked if you required milk as it wasn’t in the room. Everything else was in the room (incl hairdryer). Clean rooms, room service was good. Close to the main streets and restaurants in Dubbo (within walking distance). Nice pool area. Would be good to invest in a pool shade sail, as it gets quite hot.

So the picture in Wotif was misleading and failed to reveal the archetypal 1970s internal and external and internal decor in serious need of an update. However the service was great, and rooms were clean and tidy.

We had a great stay. Staff very warm and welcoming, beds comfortable, clean room and the place is in a great location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Comfortable and spacious room with all that we needed for a pleasant stay. Good location with plenty of restaurants and options in easy walking distance. Friendly and helpful owners making check in and check out simple. Good place to stay.

What was unique about the property are the owners who were very helpful, obliging and very courteous. The rooms were very clean and tidy, well presented and on request the owners provided us rooms on the ground floor. Car parking spot was excellent.

Great little motel close to shops and attractions. Rooms were tidy, clean and comfortable. One room had a small mess that was rectified promptly and with no fuss as soon as staff were notified. Would happily stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. It has just changed owners but the new owners (like the previous) are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, and large. They’re walking distance to town and you can safely walk it at night.

I had some troubles (on my end) with booking online ect ect. Donna and her husband took care of it for me and made it an enjoyable experience. Makes a huge difference in your stay with how staff handle situations. Place was great. Would recommend again.

Driving trip!
The room is clean and tidy. They cleaned our room daily but just provided us a small bottle of milk. But we stay there for two nights. The location of the motel is closed to city Center and there are plenty of restaurants around.

The matress of my room was very hard and lacked any kind of cushioning. It was well below the quality that I would expect from a modern motel. The room and the bathroom were good but the air con smelt of mould and dust.

Hi Amelia All our bedding is of top quality. We rarely get any negative comments. As well all our air conditioner filters are cleaned regularly. Sorry you couldn't enjoy your stay.
