Hotel bien situé près du centre de Dublin. Hotel cher mais sans doute raisonnable pour Dublin vu le coût général de la vie. Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits pour 3 personnes. Après la 1 ère nuit le service de chambre a récupéré les 3 essuis de bain et le savon sans remplacer ce dernier et en nous donnant 2 essuis. Ayant contacté la réception nous avons reçu un 3ème essui mais savons pas disponibles...

super établissement , très bien situé , super accueil , nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur la rivière super . Petit déjeuner vraiment top , copieux, le restaurant est bien seul petit handicap les plats devraient être traduit en Français car un peu compliqué. Mais sinon si nous devons revenir en Irlande nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel

établissement de standing qui tient son rang
j'ai demandé à l'arrivée une chambre avec vue sur la rivière et cela a été possible gracieusement - ce que j'ai appréciée. Les mesures sanitaires sont bien appliquées et les quelques interactions avec les membres du personnel ont toujours données une image très positive de l'accueil et du service de l'hôtel.

Super deçue de ce séjour
Quel drôle d'hôtel hilton... Les chambres ne sont pas faites a cause du covid. Si on veut un nettoyage sommaire, il faut demander 24 heures a l'avance. Donc il faut demander tous les jours ce qu'on a besoin. Nous n'avons pas pu avoir de shampoing car ils étaient en rupture de stock. Le plus gros souci a été au petit déjeuner. En effet, le buffet n'était pas approvisionné correctement. Dès 9h, il manquait un tas de choses. Un employé nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas assez de nourriture par rapport au nombre de personnes présentes. Étonnant dans la mesure ou il faut s'inscrire pour profiter du petit dej. Finalement, la literie était tres moyenne car les matelas de notre chambres étaient sans doute vieillissants et qu'on sentait les ressorts au travers. En bref, vraiment très cher pour un service lamentable. Par contre, l'hôtel est très bien situé.

Le double vitrage de la chambre était insuffisant pour bloquer le bruit de la rue (très passante). Le lit double était vraiment très petit (à peine 140) et peu stable. Pas digne d'un quatre étoiles. Une rénovation s'impose !

Emplacement superbe, en face du fleuve, à pied du centre, à côté de l'arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport. L'hôtel est joli, les chambres confortables, le petit déjeuner varié. Nous avons séjourné dans 2 types de chambres, la 2ème un surclassement; très bien la chambre standard, plus spacieuse et une vue magnifique la 2ème, mais toutes les 2 très propres, confortables et belles. Personnel accueillant. Mais nous avons eu un petit problème avec une jeune femme de la réception, peut-être dû à un malentendu. Le manager présent ce jour-là s'était excusé très vite, il était très aimable et nous a offert des boissons et le petit-déjeuner du lendemain, vraiment très professionnel et attentionné. La rélation qualité /prix que nous avons eu avec Hotels.com est vraiment intéressante. Hôtel très recommandable.

Prix séduisant pour cette catégorie
Pour la veille du réveillon de la saint Sylvestre, nous avons trouvé une chambre à un prix très correct. L'hotel respecte les règles de sa catégorie : accueil très professionnel, lobby agréable, petit déjeuner très correct, couloir très propre et chambre accueillante. Sa situation géographique pour le centre est excellente et un arrêt de bus n°747 à destination de l'aéroport est devant. Seul bémol, le lavabos était cassé, ce qui n'est pas conforme.

Very good hotel within walking distance from the city center. Hop on hop off stop on front of hotel 😁😁😁. Breakfast and dinner very good. Only thing was that we found the bed a bit hard for our liking.

property was clean, good, food was good - reception staff was not knowledgable and some and one was not very friendly although the manager tried to make up for it

The room was overpriced - no robs, small, no breakfast included…We stayed in another hotel on our first stop over in Dublin and it was much nicer and approx $200 less. Very disappointed and I will try to avoid booking a stay at a Hilton hotel on my next trip.
